"The level of compassion, support and professionalism I received from Peter Hill, Kim and staff was phenomenal and unheard of. I was in Pooler from out of town when I fractured my foot. I was seen immediately. Peter was very knowledgeable, made me feel very comfortable and explained everything in detail. Peter, I appreciate the level of care and compassion I recieved. Thank you for taking the time to see my husband later that day for his knee pain. He has been pain free after receiving the Visco 3 injections. Kim should be the poster child for all medical establishments as she makes the world a better place. I will be forever grateful for your generosity, customer service and your kind spirit. The way you went out of your way for me is still mind blowing. I have never experienced that level of customer service. We are from Florida and if needed and when possible we will be making the trip to Ortho Pooler for our ortho needs. Thank you for a fantastic experience."
"Ortho Pooler was able to get me in for a same day visit when my PC wouldn't be able to see me for a week. Kim was so nice while helping get me set up on the phone and then in person when I got there. Peter was thorough and talked me through everything that was going on with my hand. Steroid shots are NOT fun, but he took great care of me and it was nowhere near as bad as I thought it was going to be. Great atmosphere, I at no point felt rushed and the staff all made me feel at ease to be there (Especially Aslan!). Definitely look these guys up if you need some orthopedic care!"
