“This Asian restaurant is family run by owners who have raised their children in the area and have been a big part of the community for years. They make a real effort to get to know their customers by name and cater for personal tastes to the best of their ability. This friendly approach attracts people back along with the comfortable ambiance of the restaurant. It's hard not to fall in love with the large fish tank filled with koi. They provide an all you can eat buffet Friday, Saturday and Sunday with a scoop of icecream for dessert to cool down your overindulged tums. The best time to arrive for the adult €12.70 buffet is around 6pm, as the restaurant quickly packs out. Be aware that while Yu Garden has late opening hours, the buffet finishes at 9:30pm. Over the years we've had plenty of parties here. We just love coming back time and time again. We travel 78km to dine as there really is no better Asian restaurant with an amazingly well priced buffet.”

“Wow, brought my family here for a special occasion after hearing great things. They all came through, incredible vegan menu which is hard to find in the west! Staff , very good and knowledgeable- the owner gave us the full history of the place and we can’t wait to come back”

“About 20 of us booked in for Sunday lunch. Great food, drinks and service. As it was a family gathering we sat talking for at least 2 hours after finishing. It was fairly busy but no one rushed us. Thank you Regan’s and staff for giving us the time to chat.”

“Just happened apon Tai Chi Court while out with a friend who was visiting the area. We were walk-ins without a reservation on a Thursday evening, the restaurant was empty when we arrived, we were joined in the restaurant by another table of 3 after about 20 minutes. The menu is good, offering a decent choice for starter and main courses. Service was friendly and attentive. The restaurant offers a takeaway service, which when we visited was very busy. Unfortunately this meant quite a wait for our order. When our starters arrived we were really impressed with the presentation and quality of the food. Really fresh, hot and extremely tasty! Our Main courses were again excellent, honestly some of the best Chinese food I've eaten in Ireland. I'm giving a solid 5 star food rating here, we're really lucky to have this place just 20 minutes away from home. We'll definitely be returning in the near future”

“Staff, especially Isobel was super attentive and very polite. Had a really nice diner service with my partner despite some bad reviews I've read online. (There's always some Karen's out there for sure). I've asked for a medium rib eye steak which was in fact medium and delicious. I should've taken a photo but I was enjoying myself so much that having a phone in my hand didn't seem necessary. There was a lovely atmosphere in the room and overall the service was on point! Will definitely return once more before my check out and of course everytime I come back here. Thanks to the all staff and especially Isobel who has looked after us the whole evening.
