“The beds were super comfortable. The owners were so wonderful and friendly and the breakfast was fresh with a big variety from a b and b. The rooms were very clean. We were made feel so welcome. Only a 5 min drive from town center. Would highly recommend this b and b. We will be returning here on our next trip to castlebar.”

“Paul and his incredibly hospitable crew, Melissa, Natalia, and Jessica were fantastic! We were met in a wonderflly clean, updated yet quaint, spacious Home! The view of the mountain from our room, the bedding, the private full and spacious bath really impressed us. We felt welcomed and right at home. Breakfast, full Irish, and the breakfast bar, were "spot on". We were reluctant to leave, and will be back to enjoy again soon! Best stay we have had in Ireland, and that is a feat!”

“This place is great, they always have some thing new and interesting and offer new twists on older traditional dishes, which they do exceptionally well. Its a the kind of place where everything on the menu is good. Also their pesto and bread is worth noting as well. We have eaten in a few places in westport but this one has come up on top, time and time again.”

“It was an amazing experience the host was lovely and very kind, Breakfast was the best I ever had I suggest the salmon and scrambled eggs. The sea view from my room was breathtaking. There is a lovely calm isolated bay right next to the house and I had a very relaxing swim in the bay. There was a beautiful ocean walk which leads you up a hill to a very scenic view. Will most definitely come again.”

“Incredibly welcoming, lots of unexpected little extras that are not usually provided like tayto and water in the room in case you get peckish at night, also access to the dining area at all times, where there is fruit, biscuits, a range of teas, coffee etc. I felt very welcomed, nothing was too much trouble for Sue the manager! The room was beautiful, the TV in the room even had Netflix! Highly recommend!”

“Traditional Irish music, fun and crowded pub. When in Westport Matt Molloy’s is a must go. The Yard Bar where they have a small stage or the other room just beyond the bar music was playing in both. Bartenders pour a good pint and just an overall good time and great atmosphere.”

“If i could rate 6 stars out of 5 i would. The chicken and bacon wrap is very tasty”
