"Bought $100. Sandals I cannot wear because so painful. They are too heavy and the toe post is consequently very irritating. I reported my concern to Flip Flop and said I wore them only in my home for a couple of hours. Fit Flop refuses to take them back or offer any compensation. Beware!"

"Been at the store since 10 am it’s Tuesday the hours of operation start at 10am very disappointing because I am supposed to be getting on the road after picking up my shoes and I can not because the staff decided to be late to work"

"From the moment I walked into the store, the sales associate Gabe was fantastic. He was welcoming, helpful, and pleasant. What a breath of fresh air to go into a store and actually feel like they WANT to help you! I will return to this location just because Gabe was so great at his job! I hope he's a manager, and if he's not, listen up corporate because I'm sure he will be getting many job offers in the future! He's an absolute joy!!"
