"This is the best forever 21 in all Palm Beach County, I normally go to the one in outlets or the one in boca as they are the malls I usually go to, but today I decided to go to this mall and I was speechless when I saw how beautiful this store is. Amazing service Elio and Manny were the sweetest boys ever they helped update my kids wardrobe and mine, I will definitely come back."

"I purchased an item from Forever 21and returned with a receipt. I was also purchasing at the same time as the return, two new items, as an impulse buy. The cashier did not process my return for the first item by crediting it back to my card, instead she minus it off the two new items: I was purchasing and I paid the difference minus my first return. At the time I did not notice she did not put my first receipt back in the bag nor did I realize at the time if I returned the two new items I would not get a full credit for all three items; only a partial credit and the original amount would be on a store credit! I was not happy with that senior because I had returned using 2 receipts in less than 2 weeks of purchase. I had both receipts and should have gotten a full credit of all three items and no store credit. Now it is up to me to contact corporate and go through the story again and the steps in trying to receive my full credit. Either way, it will be my inconvenience to have to go back to the store and have to call Forever 21 corporate, be on hold for just being a customer. I will not shop this store again for all the trouble and the laziness of the cashier to not credit back my card in the first place. Her laziness cost me lots of trouble. Is it really worth shopping this store???"

"I used to shy away from Forever21 because I thought they didn't have my style or clothes I could afford. Fortunately I decided to visit it for once and its honesty great. I always feel like the clothes here are actually TRENDY and I don't have to feel like I'm trying to hard to be stylish. They also compliment me as a growing Teen in college and not make me come off as overly mature like H&M. I also appreciate their plus size section because it's replicates what's already in the store so I don't feel alienated when I shop. They ALWAYS have a LARGE clearance section which is usually around $6-$15 so your gonna get steal regardless as long as you look."

"I absolutely enjoy being at Forever 21 in Wellington, as a customer and as an Employee. The General Manager at this location is a wonderful and very phenomenal person. She’s caring towards her employees and guests, I’d recommend anyone (typically younger) who enjoys giving customer’s quality service and is a great seller to work here for sure. I worked here for a 1 year and 4 months! Our store is very busy, and we try our hardest to keep our location clean and neat as much as we can, it’s us versus our large amount of customers at the end of the day so of course at times it appears a little hectic but we really do work hard. At this location we treat all of our customers with dignity and respect and want them to leave our store knowing that they had a great service. As an employee you will meet a lot of great people (coworkers) and customers of all races and gender. Big shoutout to the general manager and Deon, he will help you find a great outfit and look your best for any occasion. Hope your experience is/was as great as mine was here! :)"
