"This place is the worst. I went in the store for probably 40 minutes with four employees sitting around on their phones and no one ever said a word to me. I tried to ask a question twice and got very little help. They just weren’t interested. Find a different location.!"

"We were in dire need to activate our new Tmobile phones switching from a competitor. We have been trying to active over phones for two weeks but didn't have any success until we came in this store. It's started with the help from Daru and finished up on the next day with the store manager Kevin Knox to sort out our plans and gave us guidance to maximize our benefits from the switch over..Thank you for your customer service."

My mom and I found ourselves spending less than 30minutes here ordering a new phone, fixing payment issues, and getting a new phone screen protector applied to our phones. Not bad, truly."
