"Had a bad encounter with an employee named “Markese.” He answered the phone and we were looking for a part and all of a sudden hangs up. Then I call back 3 times on hold for 10 minutes each. I told Markese my frustration when he finally answered and he threatened to hang up on me and started giving attitude. When I went in the store he gave more attitude. Never had issues with this store until now."

"Good store, a lot of parts available. Can’t say the same about half of the employees there. Now a days no one seems to want to work. I usually call an autoparts before making the trip and not waste time and fuel if the part isn’t available. I don’t call anymore because they dont answer. And the times I’ve been in there in line, I watch how the employees just look at each other with their eyebrows raised not wanting to answer the phone as it rings and rings. The company should raise the pay of the employees that do their job as they should and get rid of the ones that just slack in there, why have so many hands that do no good !!!"

"There were only 2 people working the front with a line of 7 people and they were looking up parts, which takes a lot longer. It’s unfortunate because I want to support a local business, but I walked after 10 minutes and bought the part on Amazon. They need a self checkout for the 1 off items"
