"If you’re looking for a personal trainer, I highly recommend Fabio Ferrera at the Winter Park YMCA. He zeroed in on the areas I was most concerned with and suggested sound yet novel ways of helping me with my posture and a bad knee, among other things. He really thinks about you between appointments and brings ideas to continually challenge you. And yet, he’s lighthearted and actually makes it fun to work out."
"Heads up, this was summer of 2022 so maybe it has gotten better because they also were going through swimming class management changes at the time. The actual facility was great but the swimming lessons were hooorrible. Taught by young kids that's don't know how to teach kids. There were 2 teachers that were great (raphaela and another girl like fallon or something) but we never got them again. I didn't even go to the last class (for my 4 year old daughter fyi) because it was a waste of time/money."
"Nice family location. Clean and friendly. Has family changing rooms. In the adult changing rooms they have a wet and dry sauna. Both changing rooms have really nice showers. They have multiple basketball courts, a lap pool, and a family splash pad. Love coming here :) ❤"
