Look up @redneckluxery My husband and I moved here from Panama City Beach the weekend of December 18 2023. So we wanted to wait till now in June 2023 to give our review. This is by far the best apartment we have lived in. Even though the apartments are from the 1970s they are well taken care of. Yes you’re going to have minor problems the best thing is that maintenance is on top of their game. And management is awesome. It does help that the manager lives here. But the owner has replaced the roof and all the windows. The carpets are cleaned. When my husband was able to do a walk through he said it was the cleanest apartment he has seen. One of our many favorite things about our apartment is that it is very unique. The fact that is windows in every room (especially the kitchen and both bathrooms) is why I wanted to live here. And trust me that if you want to be on the beach and it be affordable this is the only place you’re going to find that is. More good things about this place is 1. Management makes sure that it is quiet here 2. They do extensive background checks 3. You are at the end of the road next to Eglin Air Force base. 4. It is not infested with bugs or mold. Pets are allowed here. We do recommend checking this place out"

"My family and I moved here 4 months ago and absolutely love it! We are in the 2 bed 2 bath floor plan. They recently updated the units with new carpet and lvp flooring. Resurfaced the cabinets to a nice modern look. The exterior of the buildings is also getting a fresh look. The best part is the minute walk to the private boardwalk that leads to the Gulf of Mexico. We enjoy the sunsets each night along with our inviting neighbors. The landscaping is beautifully manicured. The new owners and management are doing a wonderful job with this property. I recommend this property to anyone who wants a piece of paradise to call their own."
