Welcome to Yoga Bliss Studio, LLC located at 205 East Stuart Avenue in Lake Wales, Florida. Our studio offers a variety of classes to help you unite your mind, body, and soul through the practice of yoga. Whether you are a beginner or experienced yogi, we welcome all interested persons to join our non-competitive and joyous learning environment.
Our classes focus on improving strength, ease, balance, and flexibility, while also promoting mindfulness and meditation. Led by Megan, a CYT 200 certified instructor, our classes cater to all levels and abilities. From Gentle Hatha yoga to Advanced Beginner classes, we offer a range of options to suit your needs.
Join us for a fun and energizing Glow Yoga class, or challenge yourself with Paddleboard yoga on the Chain of Lakes in Winter Haven. Private lessons are also available for those looking for individualized attention.
Please book online at least 90 minutes prior to class start time and bring your own mat, blanket, and blocks. Equipment is available for purchase at the studio. We look forward to helping you find peace, balance, and inner happiness through the practice of yoga.

"I found Yoga Bliss Studio by a sign and on a whim decided to book a private session. I’ve never taken a private class before but so glad I did and may never be able to take a group class ever again. Megan is SO SWEET and very knowledgeable. I was so impressed with my first session I booked two more. I have only taken group classes and having that one on one time makes a world of difference. I can ask as many questions as I want and during my second session I expressed my personal goals and problem areas and we came up with adjustments that I immediately felt a difference and a game plan to work on my tight muscles to reach my goals. I wouldn’t get that kind of help and attention being in a group class. The studio is very clean and new, which is always a plus. So far, I love everything about this studio and am so stoked to have found an instructor I vibe with and feel comfortable with! I’m looking forward to many many more sessions!"
