"Wish I could rate lower than a 1 star. Had to turn off overdraft protection several times over a period of months bc the website kept saying “pending human approval” - got charged a grand in overdraft fees in the meantime because transactions will not instantly post to balance. No real refund. Will only charge you 3 fees a day but keep charging you fees the next day and the next day and wait a few days before your balance is even updated so you don’t even know! Cant even deposit a 50$ check without a weeks wait! Cannot recommend any financial institution less than this one. Absolute abomination bordering criminal misrepresentation of policy."

"Not small business friendly: extra fees now for virtually everything; no consideration for having multiple accounts; managers don't have latitude to "work with" well-established accounts to cut or reduce fees; extremely difficult to get in touch with someone at the branch; and more. This used to be a great branch, but now I'm moving to another bank that caters to small businesses."

"The bank teller was extremely rude. She was stating aloud the amount of money I have in my checking account and was quite rude by saying " Well you only have x amount", and tried to make me feel stupid. In no way would I ever recommend regions to anyone, and I am in the process of changing banks."

"Had a great business relationship with the branch for almost 2 years for most of my business banking we’re heavily relied on our bank partner, new manager comes in and with zero notice stops our business arrangement with zero regard to how it’s going to affect me and my employees, told him to his face how I feel about that. Hope you see this and learn how to respect your business clients business before making no notice changes, if I did that in my business I wouldn’t have a business. Maybe regions should train their management on how to do business before putting someone like this in charge. What a joke."

"Do Not bank here. You can not trust these people to even be open! This branch has a TON of issues with staffing and security. They DO NOT CARE about their customers and you can not count on them if you are running a business or need access to their tellers or managers. They are simply not available! Today we had to stand outside and wait because they were understaffed. They did NOTHING to accommodate those of us that run businesses and need prompt service. NOTHING!"
