"Another great time at the swamp buggy races. Great food vendors as always, the bbq was amazing. The beer could have been colder thats for sure...all the ice in the tubs they were holding the beer in was melted and the guy restocking couldn't keep up so please for 7 bucks a beer at least buy some ice and keep it cold for us...cold beer would have gotten you 5 stars!!!"
"Swamp Buggy races were fun and my first time there, but no DEDICATED handicapped "seating" made landing a seat EXTREMELY difficult. There were several food vendors, beverages and BEER. Nothing like an ice cold Modelo from the Bud truck after waiting in line approx 15 minutes. I'm wearing a walking boot for a fracture, and since I only planned to stand in that line once, I got three! Toilet facilities were fine. No line. Not gross & smelly, and included was a hand washing station outside!"
"Updated 2023: downgrading 1 star after this years All Star Monster Truck event. 1) many of the portapotties had a sign “these toilets have no been cleaned - use at your own risk”. Some hand washing stations were mostly non functional no water no soap. 2) Skip the truck ride - the wait for a monster truck ride made us miss half the show. If you want to not wait 2+ hours you have to go around 11:30am when the event opens then there’s nothing to do for a few hours. Even the “fast line” would miss half the show. They had one truck with 8 seats running. At some point they had 2 trucks at the same time - the other truck has 10 seats I believe. It’s fun to do once but not worth waiting hours for. 3) extra expenses to be consider: ear protection for the kids, toy trucks for the kids, flags to wave during the show, very expensive food with long lines. First time to this venue to watch the monster truck show. Everything here is LOUD so bring some ear protection! The music isn’t just loud but they volume is higher than the speakers can really handle so it’s a bit painful to listen to. The trucks are also very loud though thats fair game for this type of event. The monster truck ride is fun - be ready to be whipped back and forth along with about 12 other people. The “fun zone” is a waste - the kids ended up playing in the dirt - not interested in the trucks parked there. Not much for the kids to actually do there. Tip - if you’re getting food get it early because when the lines get long you’ll be waiting a very long time."
