"It was in fact a pretty quick lube. I would have given them 5 stars if the waiting room/area was available- me along with the customers had to either wait in the car or stand outside."

"I came in for an oil change and they were straight to the point. Did an amazing job! Changed the oil and gave us an update on car fluid and made sure our tire pressure was doing good. They provided great service, free beverages and affordable price! I'll definitely be coming back."

"I've been coming here for over a decade and mostly haven't had issues. They knew me and understand I don't want any of their additional services, but I saw a new guy I've never seen and kind-of left me with some unsatisfaction. His name was Sebastian and seemed like a helper or someone in training. He was doing the courtesy tire fill up. Didn't as for the pressure I desired and started to fill higher than what I wanted. I asked him immediately what pressure he was filling and told him to change it. He avoided eye contact and simply nodded his head and proceeded to do nothing. He didn't even finish the one tire he touched, got up, started to roll up the hose slowly with his back facing me and didn't touch the other tires. I'm bringing down my rating to 4/5 because he was very unprofessional. This review is the extent of my frustration because I never ask for tire fill up anyway. And I won't go lower because I know he isn't the true representation of great service I've always received. This just serves as a motive to regular customers to be weary of any new people working there."

"Our next family adventure take us to Hometown Lube located in Sweetwater this place since 2017 this place has been in charge of keeping my two vans in 100 percent operation, everything your car needs, they offer you the best option and at the correct price for the service they offer. The staff that work are professionals in what they do and I highly recommend Carlos, he is a mechanic and he explains everything they do to your car. I am proud to support local businesses."

"Hometown lube is amazing! I had an amazing time. While getting my oil change the employees offered me free refreshments and they updated me on what was going on they also checked the fluids on my car and put air in my tires (for free) they also informed me that it was time to change my air filter and my jaw dropped when I saw how clean the new one looked in comparison and the whole process only took 10 minutes!!! As for pricing it is very affordable definitely less than jiffy lube. All in all Hometown lube is a great place to bring your car if your ever in a rush or just need to check your car because something isn't right."
