"Firestone assisted me on many occasions w my car service needs. This time was the most difficult situation as I blew out a tire in Naples. About three car tire places were unable to get my tire. I drove all the way back home to Fort Myers and the first chance I got I went into Firestone which luckily was opened on Sunday until 6pm. They assured me they could get the tire in a day or two. The next day I got a call from them and replaced the tire. So fast, so efficient and professional.. The customer service is excellent. The representatives are helpful, knowledgeable and friendly."
