"More like a negative 5 star review. I drove 40 minutes because young man by the name of Tijardo said he was able to assist. Upon seeing my return order he made excuses of why he couldn't take the return. Order was placed on line and bought with a virtual card, and he said he could not do the return. I had to call Autozone online and told him that he could in fact take the order. He pretended to call his boss. Which he did not. He was very unprofessional. I went to another store and had no issues with the my return. It went right back to the virtual card. He was an assistant store manager. This isn't how you do business. He will be reported. Do better. If you don't like your job stay home."
"Thank you John H. 4852. You saved me a lot of time and money. I was able to look up the information you provided and fix my car myself. We thought it could be the fuel injector, but with the trouble shooting and videos I watched it ended up being the coil. Replaced it myself. My car is running great now. Thank you again"

This specific man has helped me with multiple issues in my Chevy Express Van and has really pointed me in the right direction time after time. This may seem like something that is normal for any worker but John H goes above and beyond by connecting with the customer and really driving that customer service aspect and has amazing insight on all components of the auto industry!"

"I came in to get a new battery for my 2018 white Mercedes C300 and Bill V was awesome. He double checked to make sure the battery would be fine for my type of car, installed it and I was on my way in 15 minutes. Excellent! I have taken several cars here for batteries and it’s ALWAYS been a good experience!"
