"Very bad experience!!! We took our diesel truck there to be worked on. He kept the truck for about 4 months. We would ask for updates and get no replies for several days, then simple replies. It dragged on and on. We finally went there to at least see our truck. Knuckles told us: "it was good to go except replacing the harness, the total was $2,000 and we could pick it up on that friday." We paid him the $2k. Well that was 2 fridays ago. Two days ago we tried to call for an update. No answer. So we texted: "We are coming on friday to pick up the truck, it was supposed to be done 2 weeks ago." Today we got a text. "Its still not ready." We told him: "this is unacceptable to keep our truck this long, we had paid him the remaining balance of $2k, and we were supposed to get our truck 2 weeks ago!" His reply; "the keys will be inside, come and get it. I'm not working on it anymore." (After we had already paid him to do the work!!!!). Do not take your vehicle here!!!"

They ended up keeping it for over five months charge me for multiple parts and ended up giving me the truck and worse condition and not running still with the same symptoms I just wasted my time here. Please do yourself a favor and save your time and money and go to a reputable shop. Any shop will be better than this one.."

"I left my 2nd GEN Cummins there for over five months for a no start no crank issue some electrical bug. I paid over $2000 in repairs and it’s still no change. Southern diesel I was giving me so many false hopes of went to pick up my vehicle of the false impression that it is done. I have yet to see the vehicle run since day one of dropping it off. And not only that. They told me it would be done and when I called to verify that truck was done apparently they haven’t even gotten started on it. With giving them an extra week of what deadline they told me they came up with an excuse every time. I literally paid $2200 for absolutely nothing. Save your money and save your time because these guys are just ripping people off left and right."
