"The general manager at the Labelle Florida advanced auto took the time to look up each individual parts for us for a wiper blades and it took the time to go over and beyond to give us $20 because we had a gift card try and figure out why the card when you get a and we got a $20 credit and we purchased give or take about so he went over and beyond and I just wanna tell him thank you I appreciate it"
"The manager is a technically incompetent overgrown child. THE WHOLE STORE HAS "COMPUTER ISSUES" ON RETURNS BUT THE HONEST TRUTH WAS THE MANAGER DID NOT WANT TO REFUND ME EVEN WITH RECEIPT AND UNOPENED ITEM."
"I only gave them 3 out of 5 because, I mean, hey, what auto parts place gets every order correct...... the service here isn't great. The workers are younger, and lack a little respect, or understanding. The store however, is clean, and fully stocked. As long as YOU know what YOU need, it's great. Don't go in there perplexed, because they'll tell you to go to their website, because honestly, i don't think they know anything about automotive repair."
