"I haven't stayed at this hotel, but I recently celebrated my friend’s birthday at their spa, and it was an absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. The massages were heavenly, and the complimentary champagne added a special touch. Shanae's warm greeting made us feel incredibly welcome. This was my second visit, and I'm already looking forward to many more in the future."

"Only giving it two stars because the beach was absolutely perfect otherwise the experience was absolutely disgraceful and I would never come back. During our 4 day stay, house keeping only came once (no we did not have our do not disturb sign and we were not in the room). We were told by the front desk staff that “the house keeping girls get busy and some times skip a room”…… completely unacceptable. We had to call repeatedly to request towels and toiletries and no one would bring them. The rooms are absolutely filthy. The hot tub was DISGUSTING. The service here is absolutely terrible. The people at the front desk are not willing to help. The manager Sam clearly needs to do better. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone and we’ll never be returning."

"I stayed here recently in a solo vacation to celebrate my continued cancer remission and recovery from my final surgery and I enjoyed every minute. The front desk staff made my check in smooth and I even received a complimentary treat & note from the concierge, which was so thoughtful. I always stay here when in Ft Lauderdale because the location is perfect, the staff is friendly and I have a beautiful view of the beach. As a solo traveler, I always feel safe here. I have already booked my next stay. Thank you for making this such a great trip!"

"Nice location. Close to stores, bars, and the beach. Our room key didn't work. Had to get at least 3 new ones. They wouldn't open the door. The pool is nice and the restaurant is good. Loved our waitress Tawana. My husband was charged for an upgrade and he has Diamond status but after a call to the manager, that was resolved. I'd stay here again."

"From the moment we arrived at the resort on 11/9 we were treated with excellent service from everyone we encountered. Throughout the weekend we were greeted by Luis at the pool and he assisted us in finding chairs together. He then came back around with popsicles. Our cocktail servers, Jenny and Oriana were very personable and attentive and provided excellent service during our visits to the pool, as well as Ryan at the bar. The restaurant manager, Angel checked in on us during our visit and we expressed how pleased we were with the service during our stay. I travel all over and have never encountered a staff that were kind and professional. Management should be proud of the team they assembled. As for the resort it was beautiful and our room was very spacious and comfortable. All of our food and beverage choices were excellent I must suggest a visit to S3 for some sushi and cocktails."
