"ABSOLUTELY the worst hotel I have ever stayed at in 40 years. First sign of a bad experience was there was no guest check-in parking. I had to park in the 7-11 across the street in order to check-in and out. There was a parking spot with a sign that said it was for guess check-in, but it was also the handicap parking. The parking "lot" in the back of the building had only one row of parking spaces. Had to park in the overflow parking area. The staff was friendly and helpful, but the room was horrific. I even tried booking a different hotel but could not get other accommodations. The floor (no carpet) was gritty and literally dirty. Bottom of my feet were soiled with dirt when I took off my shoes. Had to wear shoes in the room the rest of the stay, even in the bathroom. Bathroom ceiling was moldy and had an inoperative exhaust fan that was half falling out. Cabinets were filthy and badly damaged. There were no dishes or other kitchenware, NOT EVEN A COFFEE POT. A note on the counter said we had to go to the front desk and ASK for the items we needed. But no coffee pots were available. Had to go to the store and buy one. UNACCEPTABLE. There was the constant smell of Skunk Marijuana coming in the room and worst outside. There were multiple individuals loitering around the building and half the small overflow parking lot was occupied by several trucks and a large limousine. The door had been kicked in sometime in the past, so the privacy lock was broken off. Holes were still on the door. WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN. WILL NOT RECOMMEND."

"Yeah, apartment a very homey and comfortable I feel safe and secure within their environment around the resort the pricing is great. Do you wanna get this type of pricing anywhere else? I will get give them a 15 easy I love you staying in there a resort where it makes me don’t want to leave. The staff is very friendly and make you feel welcome the supervisor make sure to assist with any concerns and make sure that you are satisfied. I would definitely recommend extended-stay."

"Ms.Angela is truly a blessing and I know all of the reviews may sound incentivized but this is my honest review. I caught myself going through a tough time and I needed a place to lay my head so I chose this location and I am very glad that I did. The staff was kind, patient, and very attentive to my needs. Ms.Angela went above and beyond to accommodate me during my stay. The rooms were comfortable and livable. There were minor issues such as the bedside lamps not working but for every thing that you get for the price, the room is still very much worth it. The location is 15 minutes from the beach which is great. The guests were quiet and the neighborhood is also very quiet. I am very appreciative of how well everything went and I will be returning."

"I like it here. Angela is one of the BEST managers I’ve ever known as far as hotels. She is pleasant, courteous, friendly, and goes above & beyond to make sure that your stay is comfortable. I don’t know why there are bad reviews on here. The convenience of having a 7-11 to go to across the street is even better when you don’t want to drive no where. The parking is crazy….but there’s ample parking. Check it out and you will see what am talking about."

"I have stayed at this hotel several times and this particular location has become my go-to for hotels in this area. I know that the rooms will always be clean and the staff always provide great customer service. Each room includes a full refrigerator and a stove top to give you all the conveniences of home; this way, I don't have to spend a fortune eating out. They even provide a variety of cookware and utensils for your use. Overall, I love this hotel and have stayed here so many times that I've come to think of this hotel as a home away from home!"
