"I didn't want to leave any stars because two times I had recalls and Kat didn't call me to schedule an appointment like they said she would do this pass Sunday I went in and spoke to Misty in service department because of another recall with my doors she stated that Kat will call me to confirm Tuesday 10/24 to have my doors fixed but no call once again. I had to call on yesterday no answer and again this morning spoke to Misty who stated she will have to get with Kat I'm not sure if all black people are treated like this or is it just me but this is my experience so far and I'm not taking this review down so please don't ask everyone deserves to be treated the same way no matter the color of the skin make or female and I left a messaged with Brad the services manager both times who never returns your phone call well at least he doesn't return mines I can't speak for everyone else. I only use them because this Ford is closer to my house and cinvient but the service isn't so great."
