"My aunt held a life insurance policy since 2000. She passed in Jan. and I have been getting the run-around about paying the claim ever since. 6 times I have been assured that the check would be "processed and mailed," each time having to repeat all information as if it was a new claim. It's almost like they are trying NOT to pay it. Absolutely outrageous. I cannot believe I am going to this. I would not recommend anyone to have any business with them no matter what cause."
