"I went in for a pedicure with acrylic overlay first they gave me two people,one to do the actual pedicure and another person to do the acrylic overlay. However, they wanted to do my acrylic overlay first and I was a bit confused. Why would you do someone’s toes without cleaning it first, they then explained to me that they would clean it after …that was weird and I find that completely unsanitary so I explained to them I preferred to do the pedicure first and the overlay after the guy Alex was rude AF and refused to do my feet, so I didn’t do pedicure and service at all and left. I’d rather go where my money is appreciated , we all work hard for our money and I’m sure they work hard for theirs as well. We shouldn’t treat people that way. I would never go back I wasn’t too comfortable with the lady doing my pedicure anyway she seems like she didn’t know what she was about to do. I only went there off the strength of Sam who was really good but she wasn’t there so I decided to still give it a shot, but unfortunately they were rude and I left and I went to Jenny down the street and received a phenomenal pedicure."

"I went to this place 3 times. The first time was fine, no complaints, I just got a simple pedicure. The second time was pretty bad, the water was cold and the nail tech could not or would not properly heat the water; then she used the pumice stone without paying attention and scraped my ankle bone giving me a scab and did not cut down the nail and was really rough on the cuticles, the end result was mediocre, not professional. I went there one more time just before thanksgiving because it was empty and close-by. The water would not heat up, so my feet were in COLD WATER, no warm towels were used, I asked her to cut my nails but she barely did anything at all, nothing. I have no issues with callouses or ingrown toes, no problems yet she couldn't be bothered to do even a basic job even remotely decently. Again, I get a simple pedicure, yet somehow it ended up looking like a child painted my nails. I politely told her I didn't like it and she did nothing to rectify the situation. I guess people don't care about the quality of their work AT ALL. I still tipped well every time, although I should not have. Lesson learned, I will never go back there."

"The people were nice but my nails are starting to chip . $130 for pedicure and gel x ( they don’t use the real gel x nails ) Is a lot for the nails to chip in a day ."

Stephanie did my nails amazing I’m new to the area and she’s my new go to ! I recommend this to anyone I know! Also includes a free drink of wine/champagne/coffee of your choice ! I love coming here !!!"

"I will never come here for my hair ever again. I came in for a simple trim and I walked out with disgusting layers and BANGS!! I never asked for any of that!! My hair is a completely frizzy destroyed mess!!! My hair looks like I belong in the 80’s!! This will take me YEARS to grow out and fix again. Completely incompetent when it comes to hair. Absolutely unacceptable!!!"
