Residence Inn by Marriott Miami Sunny Isles Beach

"The Residence Inn Sunny Isles is a great place for a nice vacation in the Miami area. The hotel is across the street from one of the nicest beaches in Florida and the area seems very safe and easy to walk around. The included breakfast is good, with fantastic service. All the staff here have made me feel welcome and friendly."

"We stayed at the Marriott hotel in December 2023. Everything about this hotel is perfect: location, service, service, everything is at the highest level. Marriott has simply amazing breakfasts and very tasty coffee!!! But the best thing about this hotel is the employee of the restaurant on the 9th floor, Margot!!! Margot is the best employee in this hotel, she is always beautiful, very neat, always friendly and welcoming. Even when I was sad, she always cheered me up with her positivity. The next time we come to Miami, we will definitely choose this hotel just to meet Margot again!!!"

"I stay here maybe once every few months, I love the corner rooms, great view. I love the option of either the pool or going across the street to the beach. Great breakfast buffet options and the staff is A+ - very accommodating."

"We reserved a room that we had previously stayed in for 30 days. After confirming that day our room request was blocked out for us, when we checked in and it was not available. We were not thrilled to say the least. We were given $1000 of amenities which we will not use, due to checking out early and finding a last minute replacement. When we finally got into the room we were promised, the door to the public patio was right behind the head of our bed and people came in and out constantly and it sounded like a bomb going off starting at 7 AM w the cleaning crew. We were forced to move out and in our rush forgot to clean out one drawer. We went back the very next day and they had no idea where the clothing was. Not in their lost in found and they could care less. And Ali the manager who replied to this review, did speak with me. WE MOVED OUT!! Do not trust this place, it was nothing but trouble. If they decide to give me back my clothes, I may feel differently. But as of now, this hotel is a mess. The only caveat is that we met the front desk super star 21 yr. old Nick, who is a 3rd generation in the hospitality business and in school for hospitality management, who warmed our hearts. He made it clear that he understood how upset we were and took personal responsibility( which was not his) and did everything possible to help us. We would be remiss not to mention Laura, at the front desk who was also kind and tried to be helpful. *WE ARE SO DISAPPOINTED IN THIS HOTEL!!!"

"This beautiful hotel is next door to the beach (2 blocks across the street...0.2 miles)... the ocean was crystal clear, warm and pretty calm (with lifeguards on duty). Very spacious, clean, comfortable rooms with nice kitchenette and a huge free breakfast! Be sure to stop in for breakfast between 6:30-10am and say hello to Margarita... what a gracious hostess she is and goes above and beyond to take care of everyone! She's a great attribute to the company!!!"
