"As Karly (see comment below), we had the same booking experience. They canceled our stay just two nights before arrival due to "declined credit card". Approx. 30 min after the apartment was cancelled, I checked online if it is still available to re-book it, but it wasn't anymore. I called my bank, and they confirmed there was no block and my card is good to use, the bank stated it is a problem on the hotel's end. From 7am to 11am (only 30 min after cancelation), I called the hotel at least 20 times, but nobody picked up. I left a voicemail, emailed and sent a text hoping to resolve the payment issue. Finally, I was able to get ahold of someone, and I was told that there is nothing they can do, and the cancelation process is automated. Customer service is absolutely terrible. Since it's Memorial weekend, it is extremely difficult to find an affordable stay on such a short notice, we almost had to cancel the whole trip. Save your energy and book somewhere else."

"I wish I could give this place ZERO stars!!! This reservation had been cancelled without proper acknowledgement due to a payment that had been declined however after contacting my bank, they had not had any pending charges that they had denied. This booking was cancelled and brought to my attention after I had already landed in Miami and had been fully cancelled and given to another customer in less than 24 hours from me receiving the initial e-mail that had been sent in regards to a failed payment. It was a major inconvenience to land in Miami with no place to stay and the manager on duty was extremely unhelpful and super rude, she had hung up on me and then proceeded to block my number after trying to contact her. After speaking with different managers and my bank it has been said from both sides that the "hotels/host” fault and is responsible for denying my payment and I am extremely dissatisfied in this service and will not be seeking your services or encouraging anyone else to use them from this point on."
