"In 2019, I discovered this pediatric dentist after seeking recommendations from several moms. Among the limited options, this one stood out with the highest number of recommendations. While there's room for improvement in providing a warmer and more professional welcome at the main reception, Dr. Mitchell Gruzmark and his assistant Yannis excelled in keeping my four- and seven-year-olds calm during their procedures. Witnessing my little ones' resilience during their last visit filled me with pride, and I credit the doctor and assistant for their invaluable support in making it possible."

"Have you ever paid someone to be rude to you and your family? That is what happened to me. I had an 11:30am and 12pm appointment for my kids. I arrived at 11:12am and didn’t leave until 1pm. We watched other families who arrived after us get called in and I was wondering why is that happening. I walked up and asked the lady in the front office and she said your kids need a pediatric dentist for their services. I sat down and saw toddlers around my son’s age get called up. So that wasn’t adding up. Finally when my kids were called the doctor put them in another room to wait. He left to take care of other patients while we waited some more. I guess some people’s time are more valuable than others. The other issue is the office uses square to accept credit card payments. The transaction had an error and posted the payment on my card but it wasn’t showing on their end. The office lady initially wanted to charge the card again but on my end the charge was pending. She took a copy of the receipt to give to her corporate. The charge was refunded the next day so I called to make the payment. They sent me a link to make the payment but the link was not working. I sent my mother in law to complete the transaction for me as I was not able to do so. My mother in law had to wait to get addressed and when she tried to get someone’s attention they told her to wait some more. I called shortly after and requested my kids medical documentation so I can take my business else where. After all of this no one person apologized not one empathetic person. I will go where my business is appreciated not tolerated. The Better Business Bureau will hear about this."

"I made an appointment online for my children and requested certain days as requested. The following business day I received a text message for appointment set for a day that I am not available. I attempted to contact the office and both times i called I was not greeted and immediately placed on hold. If this is the service I received as a new patient I can’t imagine how the service is in office. I found another pediatric dentist office with great staff reviews and when contacted I was immediately impressed with their customer service ."
