"Although I’m going to post a very negative experience, I couldn’t in good conscience give this dentist office, for his dentistry, nothing but an excellent review. They are fabulous dentists and hygienists. I have been going to them for 20 years and I have had 9 implants, 2 crowns, extensive periodontal work and numerous cleaning done for a total of around $30,000. However, they have been sold and they reopened today. So I was there today for my 3 times annual clearing and periodontal work. To make a long story short, after my cleaning I went to the front desk and was told that they were doing me a favor and will not be charging me for the work they completed - which was always covered 100% by my insurance in the past. I told the front desk they weren’t doing me a favor, since I was entitled to have it covered as in the past. And they should be informing there patients if they’re not covered, before their appointment. One word led to another and in the end I way told to find another dentist. 20 years as a patient spending $30,000+ and I was told to find another dentist. Well I guess I will need to get a copy of my records and go elsewhere. This is not the Dent-All I have enjoyed for 20 years. And it is a shame it had to end this way."

"As quickly as I walk in the door, one can tell it’s a good place to work. I am greeted warmly by efficient but kind staff. Kelly is careful while she cleans my teeth but also informative as she desires healthy teeth & gums. Even though I didn’t see him this visit, Dr. Thomas takes the time to stop by for a quick hello. I’m very pleased to receive such great treatment."

"The staff were all so nice from the ladies working in the front to the dentists and hygienists that I had interacted with while there. I had been putting off going to the dentist for so many years and I went in feeling a little nervous and embarrassed by how bad my teeth and gums were, but everyone there made me feel extremely comfortable and I left feeling so much better."

"I had to delete my original review of Dent-All and write a new one. Dent All REALLY helped me out so much. Basically, I received a quote on crowns and my former employer screwed me over and back dated my insurance and cancelled it due to me leaving my current company. I called Dent-All and explained what happened and I thought I was going to be paying full price everything. I seriously was shocked when they said they were going to honor the original quote! If they didn't I don't know what I would've done...Thank you so much! Dent All actually cares about their patients and not only about making money. I have never had another medical business help me like they did. Thank you again. Everyone should go here for their dental needs...you won't be disappointed. Updated 3/13 I went here to get my teeth ready for my crowns and one of the teeth really needed a root canal and my dentist didn't want me to leave without getting a root canal because I'd be in severe pain until I could go to the specialist again. They helped me out so much with my situation and performed the root canal then and there. I was very surprised because I was already there for 4 hours and it was the end of the day but they still gave me the root canal. The dental assistant that was helping was also great,she explained everything to me and made me feel comfortable. Dent-All is very professional and extremely friendly. I am very grateful for all the help they have given me. Thank you Dent-All."

"I’ve been going to Dent-All for many years. Have seen several transitions in the last few years. I do agree with the comments about Dr. Thomas. He is professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Precy is exceptional at her work, with teeth cleaning! I highly recommend her. It would be nice to see less change in the front desk staff. From the patient or client point of view, consistency is really important."
