"Amanda and Kelly at the bar at the resort were such amazing hosts. Although our group made them so so busy, they were exceedingly warm and kind, making sure we had everything we need. Amanda took the time to get to know us and even help providesl some great recommendations for places to visit in St Augustine. She really made us feel welcome and made our stay special. Thank you!!"
"Love coming here! Furniture could use some refreshing in the corridors and rooms. We did have a situation when we got here but we had a room change and that took care of it. Ringo served us at breakfast and was outstanding! He took really good care of us. Very personable!"

"Stayed at this hotel during the Christmas holidays and it was an absolutely magical experience! The hotel itself is a beautiful blend of cozy charm and grand elegance, with its central atrium being a standout feature. However, the real highlight of our stay was the exceptional customer service, especially by Mr. Brandon. His warm attitude, utmost professionalism, and remarkable problem-solving skills truly set a new standard. His excellent communication and can-do approach made our stay seamless and delightful. Moreover, the young men at the valet service were incredibly kind and efficient, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. While I have stayed at more modern and fancier hotels, the level of personal care and A+ experience provided here is rare and truly commendable. This hotel isn’t just about its beautiful structure; it’s about the wonderful people like Mr. Brandon and his team who make it a memorable place to stay."
