The Anchor on Sunset Harbor is a newly established restaurant located at 10135 Southeast Sunset Harbor Road in Summerfield, Florida. Despite opening during the challenging times of the Covid-19 pandemic in the summer of 2020, the owners saw an opportunity too good to pass up at the former Old Fat Daddy's location. With a rich history as the Anchor Inn in the seventies, the building was given a facelift and a new identity to become The Anchor on February 1st, 2021. The restaurant offers a full bar and a diverse menu featuring regional sandwiches, burgers, wings, salads, and appetizers.
