"Stopped in and they didn’t have much. They had no munchkins. A Duncan Doughnut with no munchkins? The kid behind the counter was friendly but he didn’t seemed to be too concerned about their lack of doughnuts and no munchkins."
"Why do I go here?!?! Worse Dunkin I have ever been to. Went to get the Dunking Super Bowl drink and she had NO CLUE what I was requesting. Oh, and they didn’t have it. It was arriving in the truck any minute. This was at 8am on 2/12 - the day the drink was to come out. More complaints…. Drinks that we did order came out dripping and we were given no napkins, we had ordered a muffin at the speaker and at the window she had no clue, we asked for a receipt and the register didn’t have paper in it. This Dunkin is poorly run and I just spent $20 on donuts, a muffin and 2 coffees that I had no interest in buying. Very disappointed."
"Terrible experience. Waited over 20 minutes with no one in restaurant. Got food wrong the first time. Coffee tasted like it had sat for hours. They did make fresh coffee and replaced the nasty ones. Finally after another 5 mins I got a wake up wrap I had been waiting on. Cashier was only there for the check you could tell. The guy that was the shift lead I’m assuming, maybe a manager was ok. He did offer some donuts for the mishap and long wait. Will not stop at this Dunkin’ again."
"Depends on the hour it can be super busy or literally dead. The Staff on the morning shift were very nice and greeted their guests Good Morning! Coffee is ok, super hot!! What’s your fav donut?"
"The coffee is somehow extremely watered down.. and I'm finally leaving a review after about 5 or 6 instances that this has happened. This is a caramel iced coffee. I ask for no sugar and very little cream.... and (please refer to picture) the cup is basically watery cream. Respectfully, Please close this location until you can get staff the material and training needed!"
