"This evening was our first time attending this Taco Bell. Immediately upon driving through my son had a bad vibe. We proceeded to place our order. Once home my son decided to see the reviews; as we were skeptical. The reviews were not impressive. Though we decided to proceed to our dinner. Once we unwrapped our burritos it was noticeably DRY/odd the taste wasn't even the same. Vegetarians DON'T trust. Clearly this location is adding?"
"If you’re homeless, and you have nowhere to sleep, this is a great place to park your car. Nobody will bother you during the daytime sleep on the opposite side of the road around the lake but at Sunset the park Rangers will make you move from the lake because the park closes at dark but then you can park your car here and no one will bother you."
"Really Unsatisfied from the service. i was lied to… i pulled up at 12 and they said they were closed and on their websites it states that they closed at 3. it was literally the only place i had left and then i had to travel 5 miles away to get food elsewhere. whoever was worked 11/23/23 deserves to be dealt with thank you. don’t fire her… whoever is the general manager needs to do better training because obviously she wasn’t ready for the job"
"Ordered with no cheese due to allergy, they didn't understand. Were out of cinnamon twists and instead of saying they were out. Decided to charge me extra for nachos with cheese, that I can't eat. This location is notorious for not understanding orders and messing them up. I normally refuse to use this location, but at least once a year give them a try, to see if they've changed and nothing has. During covid they had better employees for a short time, so went more regularly."
