"Last two time getting a bowl here the protein was cold and this time the girl working charged me for a soda when I did not want one. She then proceeded to tell me she cannot refund me because I paid with a gift card and rudely told me if I want the refund I need to message corporate. Very unhappy with the quality and customer service."
"Chipotle needs to shut this location down. I've tried multiple times and their problems are consistent. Dining room is dirty, the food is terrible, online orders aren't prepared on time. On my last visit I received beans that weren't cooked fully. That was my first and last time back in over a year after having a bug in my food and watching as management completely ignored me and continued serving the lettuce that the bug was in."
"Ordered a burrito through the Chipotle app. When I picked up my order, the burrito was more like the size of a small taco bell burrito. I asked the shift manager to remake the burrito since the portions were way to small. She was extremely rude and cold to me. She kept ignoring my complaint and asking if it was the right burrito that I ordered. I told he it was the right burrito but the portions were way to small. She cut me off and said since this is what I ordered she would not remake it. I then asked for my money back and she would not do that. I had to go on the Chipotle app and chat on the app to get a refund which was much more helpful than this manager. After looking at the other reviews, either the owner is incompetent, does not care, or doesn't know what a bad shift manager this lady is. Completely unacceptable customer service and food quality. I had to file a complaint with corporate Chipotle. Will never go to this location ever again."
"Our order was awful that I placed on the app. All 3 bowls looked half eaten and you were very frugal with the portions. This was my sons and wife’s sized bowl once opening. Pathetic for over $25. I would expect something in return for this awful service and you need to give real feedback to your take out team because the portions are pitiful. Also, the food was cold and we ate it right away. You’ve increased prices so much that this is simply unacceptable ."
"It was a typical visit to Chipotle, nothing out of the ordinary to report. Thankfully, there wasn't a line when we got there. We were able to get a table over in the corner and have privacy, which was nice. Our chips were stale, as they often are. Other than that, everything was fine."
