"Buyers beware! I've been a client for ten years and ordered many bathing suits. For the most part I have been pleased with the level of quality and service. Not the case on my recent purchase. I ordered an item in the correct size and upon receiving it, discovered it ran big. No mention of these items running big on their website. I called and spoke to the representative and she was not empathetic or helpful in refunding my money or exchanging it for a different size unless I paid shipping for the return and new item. If they know this product runs big, they should post this on their site for customer to consider. Pretty poor customer service. They lost a loyal client of ten years as a result.. With so many options online, service after the sale is just as important as having nice products."
"Between me and my wife we probably have 40 suit from there. We like to buy matching suits and they always custom make them for us if they don’t have them. The craftsmanship is on point and love how nice people are there. My only complaint is the price, I think they are priced a bit high me and there is no loyalty discount or coupons."
"I have bought several swimsuits from Skinz and love them all. Recently, I had one custom made and I must say the craftsmanship was on point. I selected the fabric, the style and provided my size (for reference I wear a 33 waist in jeans and selected the XXL size) and it turned out exactly how I imagined it to be. I also like that it was made in the USA, and more specifically in Florida, as I try to support US/Florida businesses when I can. Give them a try. You won’t be disappointed."
