"I went to pick up an online order to save the 15%. Not sure I would do that again though. There were two women working the floor, when I walked in, there was no one else in the store. I asked about getting an online order, and the woman who seemed like the senior or the manager very rudely, said that I would need my order number and my license. I said oh great I have both of those! I went to do the pick up and I overheard her interaction with several other people who walked in the store after me and she was rude to every single one. I then asked her if I could do a price match on my online order as the prices have dropped considerably since I purchased. She made it seem like it was a gigantic pain and she didn’t really want to do it. She said she’d have to return the whole order and then re-purchase it. I didn’t go through with it at the time because I needed to leave. The prices are fantastic, but the in-store experience here is dreadful."

"This location is crammed into a very small store in the Countryside mall. This children’s clothing store does not have much room for a single stroller to maneuver between the clothing racks. They have a lot of options for girls but their boys options are severely lacking. I went there to find dress clothes for my two toddler boys and was unsuccessful and had to order the clothes off the children’s place website."

"This is the perfect place to give zero stars to. Very rude employee looked like the manager very bad attitude towards customers. Tried to correct me after I made a statement about my online pick up order, I showed her the information and she was incorrect, she walked away from me. When she came back to the front and handed me my package, I went to look at her badge and she had flipped it around so I would not be able to see her name. I will never go to this location ever again and after reading the reviews I see I'm not the only one that feels like this very sad to have employees that are very unprofessional in a retail environment especially during Christmas time in a kids clothing store !!!! Wow"

"Have been here several times. I shop a lot for my grandson and let’s just say that there is a lady that works here that appears to have such a horrible attitude. Everyone else is great except her so until something is done about her this is the rating I’m giving. I would rather shoo online so I don’t have to go any further than a review."
