"Please, Please, Please do not shop here - SAVE your hard earned money!! The customer service experience I had was terrible. The quality of the leggings was one step above garbage, and THERE IS NO REFUND POLICY. As a business they should post this - ALL SALES FINAL. Not text me the sales receipt and have this in small writing at the bottom. So please don't make the mistake I did. Happy Legging hunting.."
"I have bought several pairs of leggings at this store. The sales rep that was at the store was friendly in the past. I brought a pair of the leggings back today because I wore them one time and the seams were coming apart on the them. I wanted to exchange them for another pair. I thought I didn't have the receipt but I did. It was on my cell phone. She said it can't be more then 8 day's in order to exchange them. I told her there are store's that have 30 day policies. She tried to tell me that has changed. I had to exchange something at another store in the mall. It was past 30 day's and they exchanged it with no problem. She just lost me as a customer. She did not care that I was upset. I would not recommend this store. I also have been noticing the material on some of my leggings that I have bought previously is wearing out and their not even a year old."
"Came in with a jean pattern pair I got for Christmas from my mom. They didn't fit even though they are a one size fits all. I have a curvy sports figure but was a complete fail. When I got there this morning at 10:10 no workers were at the store. I knocked on the door at the back of the store. Still nothing 20 minutes later a girl finally walks out. After I have been helping two women that walked into the store while I was waiting for an actual worker there. As she walks out, I walk up to the counter and ask her to return them since they didn't fit she said no returns only exchanges..... so I asked her how much the pair was I was holding on to were she said 12.99 but just take them. The pair I returned were 7.99...at this point this girl doesn't seem to care what happens in the store and I'm beyond annoyed. So i just leave.I couldn't believe it!!! Absolutely no care in the world to be working there. I honestly don't recommend them at all. And for being a new store, I wouldn't be acting like that at all."
