"I went in very skeptical about finding any shoes and anxious about the interactions with a sales person. The gentleman that helped me could not have been any nicer or accommodating. I felt bad that none of the shoes were really working for me but he insisted that there was no need and kindly offered alternatives without making me feel like I was wasting time. I did not buy anything that day. The salesman seemed remorseful and genuinely wanted me to find the right pair of shoes just for me. I did not feel bad leaving and he wished me the best of luck. I left feeling productive because even though I didn't find exactly what I needed at the time I was able to rule out many options and very glad to find a wonderful place to go next time I need shoes."
