Nordstrom Rack

"I have been a loyal customer of Nordstrom Rack for quite some time, often relying on their service and products. However, my recent experience on 12/24/2023 has drastically changed my perspective. I arrived at the store at 5:45 PM, well aware that the closing time was 6:00 PM. Despite being 15 minutes early, I was denied entry by the security personnel, even though there were several customers still inside, waiting in line at the cashier. My visit was for a simple pick-up of an already prepared package, a task much quicker than the transactions of those in line. Upon requesting to speak with the manager, I was met with a dismissive response from the manager on duty, named Liebee. Without hearing me out, I was simply told 'no' for entry. This was particularly disappointing as I am a credit card holder with the brand, which I believed would stand for a level of trust and loyalty. The only reason I was coming and purchasing from this store was Angel Olivia with her 100% customer satisfaction, I am sorry not to be able to stay as one of her customer anymore. This experience has left me extremely disheartened. The lack of consideration and the unwillingness to listen to a loyal customer is not what I expected from Nordstrom Rack. Therefore, I have decided to cancel my credit card effective immediately and will no longer patronize this store. The official closing time was 6:00 PM, and as someone who also works and has limited time, I expected a basic level of service and understanding. Unfortunately, this was not the case. It's disheartening to end my relationship with Nordstrom Rack on this note, but I believe customer service is paramount, and this experience fell significantly short of that standard."

"The shoe selection, accessories section and beauty section are top notch for Nordstrom Rack! I found some beautiful necklaces and rings. Oh! If you have an extra large man in your life or you are an extra large man — this Tampa Nordstrom Tack has much more of a 12-13 men’s shoe selection than most places! I found a few pairs of shoes for my size 13 boyfriend and his nephew. The clothing selection is on par with what most Nordstrom Racks have to offer."

"They have a good selection of sunglasses but the rest of the inventory was picked over. Didn't see any shoes or clothes I wanted. Bought one dress bc I have an event but I wouldn't go for formal wear men or women's not Many choices. Barely any mac very basic. Only got 2 makeups."

"Nordstrom Rack - always a good spot to check in on from time to time. They carry quality clothing at great prices. They carry great labels for mens and womens shoes as well. The store is always orderly, and folks there are always helpful. Be sure to park in the garage at Target to keep that car cool in the florida sun!"

"The place had a great selection of purses like Kate Spade; Tory Burch etc., also some high end luggage including Tumi. Overall tons of cute items, not necessarily in your size, but possibly a bargain"
