The After School Film Institute (ASFI) is a premier after school youth film program located at 160 Northeast 121st Street, North Miami, Florida. We provide students with the opportunity to explore the art of filmmaking through workshops led by industry mentors. Our program covers a wide range of concepts including dialogue study, directing actors, production leadership, image composition, color theory, and dialogue mixing. ASFI partners with renowned industry professionals, including award-winning filmmakers behind popular titles such as Iron Man 3, The Walking Dead, and Moonlight, to bring cutting-edge technical and artistic expertise to our students.
