"CCPS is just Pathetic all around. They do NOT give an F about You (a parent trying to find solutions to better their student/s) and they especially don’t give a Flying F about your children. They do not pick up calls they do not return Sht they don’t email back and if you show up at the headquarters they are offended you didn’t call back for the 100th time or sent that 100th email again. Bunch of lazy MF in CCPS. I’ve now spent 3 YEARS trying to get my kid help to switch schools and I’ve had doctors send in letters that they agree a new environment a change of schools would benefit my child and I’ve called multiple times a day left countless voice mails and emails and still NO RESPONSE other than we will call you back within 48hours or YOU NEED TO WAIT . And those 48hours have came and went . waiting time is now 3years later and NOTHING"

"No one answered there phone or return phone calls we have been trying to reach someone since the last school year regarding our son! Big joke they have going on but yet they want to hold the kids responsible even if they fart! But who’s checking and holding all these adults responsible for not doing there job!"

"I wrote a review this morning that is now missing. This school had an aggressively racist lady teaching their special education… look up the Collier Karen. How long was she abusing special needs kids? Who knows, because the school (Lely) and district is more focused on protecting teachers, not the kids. We had our own issue with the school and they tried to label our child as the scapegoat. When we objected, they sent our case to DCF. How many families don’t have our resources and are just shunned and forced to leave or just deal with difficult circumstances in this district? If you go after them, they’ll go after you instead of protecting the child."

"Agree with most people here. They’ve had teachers arrested for all types of things. Their special needs teacher at our school was fired for being aggressively racist in a largely diverse school… How long did they know? Oh, they don’t have to reveal anything? Interesting. Look up the collier Karen, she was only found out for her behavior outside of school… what happened in it? Sad that they’re more prepared to protect their own teachers than the students. And if you go after them, be prepared for them to call DCF on you to make you look like the bad one."

"I have had absolutely NOTHING but problems with the district, It took me over a MONTH to get my daughter into school. They said she wasn't vaccinated when she clearly was. We were from IL so they are much stricter. Anyways my dad got diagnosed with Stage 4 Cancer and I needed to take care of me. The school told me if she missed 10 consecutive days she would be withdrawn. They did just that. They said I could put her back in. NO THANK YOU. You were asking me to chose between my dying dad and daughters education. I don't want her at that school."
