"I chose this dealership to by a new car and when someone wrecked my car I chose to take it to your collision center. This is were I was wrong Jordan Rucker has no customer service skills and this was reported to your new dept. manager Mrs. Summers, who did nothing either. Jordan had no contact with us during times we needed to be contacted. He went way over his client customer relationship by calling my finance company reporting the car was dropped off and abandoned . I called the rental car company that we got not the dealership and told them the car was not going to be paid for because of aftermarket parts. They also called the insurance company that we got the car back already so they thought everything was complete. Steve our sales guy still had to do the tint correctly for the car and the Decor package needed to be done/given that was being paid for. Jordan also agreed to a $48 rate for labor and turn around an try and charge my wife and I $60. This information was given to the manager and nothing was done except another call to my finance company to pick car up why was this done . Who has the right to do something like this we had a contract with the collision dept. not insurance and collision or rental car and collision or my finance and collision. Well because of all this my rental was picked up. My car has been repossessed we have lost our jobs because we have no car and the car was not even finish with serves at the dealership. I'm pissed and am not letting this go until something is done this car was said to take 10 days and we have not seen our car since beginning of Nov. It was not completed and was not even put together until the end or beginning of Jan.-Feb. Please call to discuses this with us and what is going to be done in not one but all of these matters. "Started the process to purchase online 2/4/24. After a few emails back and forth, 1 sales person emerged and walked us thru the entire process; albeit, a very long process. We took delivery 4-days later, but the in store process was WAY TOO LONG. Everything was pre-organized and settled on prior to the delivery appointment, including the FINAL contract pricing, the trade-in appraisal & approval, financing documentation, and ALL allowances like the $7500 green-rebate, $500 educator discount, etc. I do NOT understand why it would take another 4 hours at the dealership to close! The entire closing should have only took 1 to 1.5 hrs but it seemed like everyone was just sitting around doing nothing. Our final signing manager sat in his office with NO ONE, well almost no one for over 3.5 hours, almost the entire time and could have had us completed sooner but again, 4 hours later! Hence the loss in a FULL star. Our sales man was "good" and I would recommend him to others, BUT honestly, I do not think he was completely prepared for us even though we had an appointment. I contacted him on two seperate platforms, both email & text, as he requested, approx. 40-50 minute prior to our appointment and after we left out home which was about 45-minutes away. Plus, after almost 20 emails back and forth, he still forgot I already owned and opperated another Bolt EUV, insisting he "show me the ropes" so to speak. Paperwork was NOT prearranged but handled once we arrived, and he constantly took little breaks "looking" for things, running the office, all the while coming back like he just finished another cigarette, several "breaks" times in the 4 hours. What I (we - my wife) really liked was: 1) NO presure, NO sales tactics, NO upselling pressure... just a great experience overall! and 2) How the delaership operated like it was still in the 70s/80s. What I mean is, extremely old-school, from the paperwork handling, to the closing where the signing manager actually still uses a DOT matrix printer printing docs on 8.5' x 24" contracts :) It was like stepping back in time. I would recommend anyone to use this dealership, regarless of how long it takes to close on a new purchase!!!"

"First time going to this dealership let let me say the last time ! took my new 2023 corvette by to have the driver seat ordered for replacement as a hole appeared due to poor factory seatbelt installation Waited thirty mins and just seemed to be a bother.
