"This has had to be the most unsettling experience I have had with any retailer. The purpose of my visit was to have a previous to Italian vintage style wedding ring re-fitted. The wedding ring contains over 2K in diamonds and is white gold. I was rudely dismissed by the manager in my service request with no explanation. Her dismissive behavior made me feel uncomfortable. I have never been spoken to in such a manner coupled with the body language and turning her back to me. The male sales clerk who was assisting me, and I might add was polite and professional informed me that due to the centre stone bot being a diamond they won’t touch my ring. In fact the female manager’s exact words were “ they won’t have it back there”. I have been a customer as was my partner. The irony is we are currently ring shopping. I assure you after this experience we will never step foot in another Jared’s store."
