"If I could give a 10 star rating I would! First of all I came into this location not knowing exactly what I wanted. I had got approved for up to $2000 through their progressive leasing program. I really wanted to get my girlfriend something nice for the holidays and the progressive leasing program is the greatest thing ever. I had a lot of unexpected expenses in the last few months right before the new year so I didn’t really have a lot of extra spending money for the holidays. From the moment I went into a Kay Jewelers, Marilyn The store manager made me feel right at home. She gave me a different options and was very thorough in explaining what each jewelry piece would represent and even wanted to see a picture of my girlfriend to see what jewelry piece would match her best. I ended up going with the forever connected diamond necklace and the matching earrings. The store manager Marilyn is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful in the buying process. I would totally recommend her for anybody that’s unsure about what they want to purchase and don’t want to feel pressured.
