Walmart Pharmacy

"Went there to pick up my meds and I have 4 items to ring out and the guy told me he couldn't because the line is full I looked back and there's only 2 people in line. I have to leave and join the regular line"

"I can see why that pharmacy has so many poor reviews. I had to call them 3 different times in 3 different days in order for them to ship my items to me. The first time, the lady asked me to call on the next day after 2:00 PM. Although that was considered as an unacceptable customer service, I call the next day after 2:00 PM to speak to a different lady. I already have all my information on file, so I confirmed that with her. She said someone will be calling me in a few minutes, but I didn't receive any phone call. The day after that I called them to make sure they shipped my items, but that was not the case. I heard the voice of the same lady who told me to call after 2:00 PM on the previous day instructed the guy that was on the phone with me to ask me information that I already have on file and confirmed with the second lady on the previous day. I had to spend 25 minutes on the phone with the guy trying to collect payment. The way it should have been: The first lady should have confirmed all the information on the first day and record that and then ship the items without the hassle of calling them multiple times. I'm sure the Walmart pharmacy on Belvedere Rd, West Palm Beach, FL could teach them a trick or two."

"The gentleman there that checked in and out was extremely rude and unprofessional this is not the first time and I have seen encounters with him and other patients in where he had spoke to them in a manner I could not believe. I went to pick up my prescription he asked for my name I gave it to him then he told me the total before I could even tell him I had a coupon the impression on his face and tone of voice gave the impression that he was angry he looked up at me and said great now I have to start over you should have said that before I started to ring you up my wife and I were in complete shock. As I mentioned I have also seen him act this way towards other how no on else complained about this guy I have no clue but he should not be working in customer service with that attitude. Working in a pharmacy you should a little more compassion and empathy for the patient's. I will be taking my prescription to another pharmacy from here on out. The reason I gave it a rating of 2 star is because one of the pharmacist (NOT THE ASIAN ONE) is super sweet and nice greets you with a smile and explains everything to you as for the Asian pharmacist she is the rudest person to ever encounter beside the guy."

"Frustrating experience. The girl who took my prescription and entered it told me they no longer took pharmacy discount cards and that my prescription would be over $200. When this script was filled using my insurance I only got half of what I was prescribed. What a total rip-off! I called the old Walmart Pharmacy I went to in Forest City and they told me they still take the pharmacy discount cards. Why is Metro West Walmart Pharmacy ripping people off and promoting untrue information?"

"Amount of time spent in line at this store is the worst I've ever experienced at any Walmart, or any store. The cashiers don't show any hustle when the lines are long, and struggle to move even the smallest of lines (3 customers or less) in less than 5 minutes. My average wait time here is over 10 minutes. I visit this store at least 3 times per week since I live across the street. I have been using this store now for about 12 months, and have never been checked out in less than 5 minutes. 90% of the time I’m using the 20 items or less lines, which should be faster, but apparently makes no difference. They need to evaluate average transaction times of cashiers here to other stores. I visited 2 other stores here in FL, and both were dramatically better at the checkout. On a separate note, there are two main entrances; each side has its own set of registers. Parking near the other side would make sense to help get a better parking spot in the nightmarish lot that is, but they neglect to keep a fair amount of registers open at that end of the store. It causes frustration when checking for a good check outline, seeing only registers on the north side of the store in use, when 50% of the customers parked much closer to the south entrance! It also causes an aggravating congestion at the north entry doors, since most people enter and exit there because of the registers they elect to keep open. And lastly.. the shopping carts are a nightmare, more of them can often be found in parking spaces and curbs than inside ready for a customer. When you can find one inside, don’t be surprised if you have to look for another because the first one you found has trash in it. The wheels on half of them have problems and should be repaired to make shopping more pleasant. Also, no hand baskets, so a cart is forced on you if you don't want to carry everything you plan to buy. It is the most aggravating experience I have shopping anywhere."
