"Pharmacy department is by far the worst I’ve ever encountered at Walgreens. The Pharmacist Carmen had no empathy at all whatsoever to our situation. We are traveling on vacation and she flat out refused to refill my mother’s pain medication that she has been getting through Walgreens for at least the last 7 years. When we left our state it was not time for my mom to get a refill, our local Walgreens told us that we shouldn’t have any issues refilling that medication out of state. My mom has multiple health issues and that particular medication is the only thing that helps her enough for her to be able to move and function. I wish I could give that pharmacist 0 stars."

"The biggest issue with this Walgreens in that it is frequently understaffed at the checkout. Prices are higher than other locations, seemingly due to its proximity to Universal. Well stocked with most items, but not worth the often long line for a single cashier."
""Sorry, that's our policy" doesn't really hold up at all when the customer can (and did) prove the item purchased an hour earlier was defective, and only wanted an exchange for same item and NOT a refund. A gift card PIN is required, and when one is absent from the card, it makes it worthless. When I requested that the remaining cards from this restaurant be removed, to keep others from having the same challenge, the answer from shift manager was, "No". This Walgreens is in a busy tourist area and will continue to be popular and busy, but I can't recommend it in any way whatsoever."
"This one is the worst person in the world that I met so far , I show the photo here ! You discriminate the person ! I feel it is a shame the you work in the Walgreens! The manager couldn’t do anything as well like her ! It is so bad that you two work the Walgreens can hire you guys ! I will try contact the Walgreens to talk about you two !"
