Even though I am not in town often, I ALWAYS make sure to visit Salon Michelle for a haircut, style, or wax before I leave. Highly recommend all around!"
"After several years of great service and professionalism I hate to report the experience I have encountered . I buy hair and extension services from Susan, she has been nothing short of great until today. You lost a client of several years , spending close to 300 $ every six weeks on hair extensions and color . I’ve even traveled back to her from out of state for superior service . The cost of extensions is expensive & the service fee I thought was reasonable. In the past there was one time I came without extensions in my hair and bought new ones - 75$ to put in - okay fair enough . To have them taken out and moved up 150$ okay fair enough . So my hair recently started slipping apart prior to my next appointment , so much so that I started taking them out . Susan was kind enough to accommodate me a new apt sooner but told me the price was 150 to put in my hair that was already out !?! I questioned her and reminded her in the past she charged me half this price of 75 . She responded with - ya that was a year ago prices are up . Much to my dismay I was appalled ! Hair ready to go takes less than an hour to put in . Another girl I know offers 50$ . So she says , sorry no negotiating, hope that other girl can help you . I said cancel my apt . I can’t believe you want to charge me double for a service , that’s not fair . I understand products and skill sets go up , but I’ve used you for years and tipped 20% and above - we have family & friend ties . You just lost a client forever over 75$ ."
