"Not sure how they got so many good reviews but absolutely a scam. If not a scam then the worst possible property management company out there. Applied over 10 days ago, paid the application fee (after a “convenience” of over $5, $140+ to apply for my wife and I ). Their reply email states you will receive a follow up from them in 24-48 hours. Been over 10 days and nothing. Scheduled a showing multiple times through their site and every time, the system automatically canceled the showing the next day. Tried calling their office several times and only ONCE got ahold of anyone and that was a secretary that had zero information other than “you should receive a letter in the mail”. Well that’s great since my home address is in Maryland and I was in Florida looking for a residence. She also refused to connect me to on me of the managers. Luckily I found Somewhere else to live. If you feel like wasting over $100 either apply with this company or go give it to the crack addict on the corner. You’d honestly probably get more communication about anything out of the crack head. If this IS a real company, my six year old could operate it better. Also, no matter what you email them, you get the EXACT same reply from someone named Kitty."

Ashvin and Kitty are remarkable; they will work with you personally with any issue or suggestion you may have. Anything that goes wrong at the house, I submit an online request on their renter’s portal and immediately they contact me or they are at my door.
