"Mixed experience at this hotel. It is newer and clean. Both nights we were there it was very difficult to find a parking space, they just don't have enough parking when the hotel is busy. The lotion bottle on the wall was empty and they did not clean our room, when I called to ask them to bring clean towels and lotion, I was told I needed to come to the front desk to get it, not the best service. Breakfast buffet was good and standard for a Hilton Garden Inn. The location is good."
"the hotel cancelled my room without proper communication and explanation leaving me at night with no place to go. sent an email saying they tried to call though there were no missed calls. and i'm a diamond HH member who is supposed to have room guaranteed. worst service ever. UPD after response% after all this they still charged me for the whole stay"
"There was mold on the ceiling of my room from a water leak. They did move me rooms, but didn't offer anything else. Most Hilton Garden inns offer a free breakfast however this one made you pay $20 for it."
"The rooms were nice and comfortable and clean. I used to the fitness center as well, and they had a lot of options from weights to cardio equipment, which is great. However, the bathrooms In the lobby were disgusting. Almost every single toilet was filled and un flushed. My son, who I was traveling with said there was a beer can in the urinal in the Men’s restroom. This to me is just unacceptable. Also, I heard the front desk mention that there is an option for cook to order breakfast, but when I brought this up to the person working in the dining area, she said it is an option, but she would need to put the food in a to go container so no one else asked for cook to order breakfast. I was so confused by this. There were no signs that said they offered cook to order eggs. We also had free Internet option, but it didn’t work We are computer savvy, however, but it didn’t work and ended up just using our phones hotspot. The staff was overall friendly and accommodating. It was close to many restaurants and things to do."
