"This store came to our rescue after another screw up with the second pool company servicing our pool. They solved the problem and we pleaded with them to take us on. We do pay substantially more for monthly service, but it is worth every penny. Our pool is pristine, the young man who services us is invested in his work, and store management responsive. There is an old adage that you get what we pay for. We get superb service and am so glad we are with Pinch-a-Penny!"
"RESPONSE ..I bought The items at your store,(as the receipt shows) why will you not let me return them?....went to this store 09/17/2022, showed tech pictures of broken pipes. sold me $50 worth of needed pvc fittings. They were the wrong size. Hurricane hit and I didn`t get back to return till 11/1/2022 due to repairing damage and clean up. Refused to return because past 30 days.( the fittings must have deteriorated after 30 days) too bad $$ come before customer service (wonder what happens behind the scenes you can not see) Beware!!"
