"Was hard to find help. Then when I came in for the sole purpose of buying the shoes they were advertising on Google search as being in my size,(womens 12W) the guy had to cover his face from a smirk and then told me they normally don't carry sizes that high in women's shoes, but offered men's CLEATS!! I will cut my own throat before I EVER come near that store again."

"On Saturday 10/7 me and my son visited the store to look for some new soccer cleats, we looked around tried on a couple pairs and narrowed it down too 2 pairs, the shoe section was an absolute mess so it took us some extra time to find what we where looking for.. when we did find some cleats there where no prices on products! We had to carry both pairs to the register to check prices, my son selected the pair he was most interested in, both pairs were priced the same at 64.99! After ringing up the cleats..We where then informed by Expert golf associate Matt (who was helping the cashier ) that he could not sell us the pair of shoes because they weren’t suppose to be on the shelf in the 1st place, they where a new model that where not suppose to be released until Tuesday the 9th, my son was very disappointed and very upset that the shoes couldn’t be sold, he said an associate made the mistake and accidentally put them out!! I mean idgaf you made the mistake make it right.. don’t waste are time and then tell us you can’t sell us something because your associate screwed up! Looking at making a second corporate complaint with a phone call on Monday, I think I’m just more pissed on how they handled the situation, the customer service was really poor, it seemed like they really just didn’t give a damn!!"

"Good selection of clothing for sports. Huge shoe department. Lots of water sports gear. My friend bought a nice pair of binoculars today. The salesman was super friendly, and helped her find the perfect pair. Turns out that the ones she had been trying out were display samples. The salesman gave her a new pair in the PLASTIC CLAMSHELL OF DEATH packaging. She was afraid to buy them, but the lovely cashier bravely opened the packaging for her. I wish I had asked her name. She had a wonderful sense of humor too!"
