"This review could have been written months ago, but I wanted to take my time to give an honest review. It has now been long enough that I can say without question... When it comes to all things credit, Gary is the man! I have tried credit repair companies in the past, with little to no resolution. Never again will I trust another person or company with anything related to credit building or repair. He is extremely knowledgeable on credit, but what separates him from the rest is his reliability and trustworthiness. He is professional, and he gets results. Point blank, period! "Did not have a good experience with New Gen. or Gary paid $850 upfront in the beginning of the year. Had goals set and it became a crime to ask questions about the services I paid for. I personally didn’t see but very little to no change within 6months. I cancelled the service because I didn’t get what I asked/paid for and now 3months later they’re trying to send me a $1500 invoice for what? They will not receive another dime from me. Very rude and arrogant attitude, once you pay for services whole demeanor changes. No my credit was not perfect otherwise I wouldn’t have paid for assistance but I should of had results within 6 months."
