"This business is an amalgam of irresponsibility, carelessness, mediocrity, and incompetency. I took my car for a tire rotation on Monday 11. After an unbearable sound coming from underneath the car, I took it back on Wednesday 13 to find out about the origin of this noise. It turned out that these "technicians" had not secure the bolts in any of the tires. Not only I am lucky to be alive, but someone is lucky that a loose tire did not crush him/her. These idiots deserve to be working elsewhere but not here!"
